Form Connector Extension
The Gravity Flow Form Connector Extension lets your workflows interact with other forms – on the same site or on a different site entirely. Add a Form Connector step at any point in a workflow to chain forms together and automate processes that would otherwise need someone to copy data from one form to another.
Key features include:
- Create new entries – automatically add an entry to another form as part of your workflow.
- Update existing entries – keep related records in sync by updating entries in other forms.
- Delete entries – remove entries from other forms when a workflow calls for it.
- Complete steps on other entries – process approval or user input steps for entries in a different form.
- Wait for a form submission – pause the workflow until a specified form has been submitted.
- Connect across sites – work with forms on remote sites as well as your own.
