Support is only offered to verified customers with an active Gravity Forms license. Tickets will automatically be routed to priority or standard support queues depending upon your license type.Our official support hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM US Eastern Time. Please be mindful of potentially slower response times due to time differences and please allow adequate time for a response to your inquiry. Please note: There are no official support hours on Saturday or Sunday. Support covers getting setup, trouble using any existing features, and bug fixes. Regretfully we cannot provide support for customizations or 3rd party plugins/Add-Ons.
We are always happy to help with minor customizations if the support load permits, but we are unable to provide full customization services as part of our customer support.
