Brand new release: HubSpot 3.0.5

Brand new release HubSpot 3.0.5

We’re pleased to announce the release of HubSpot 3.0.5 with the following update…

  • Fixed an issue where accounts with over 20 marketing forms were unable to retrieve the complete list of forms.

Turn form submissions into HubSpot contacts automatically

The Gravity Forms HubSpot integration connects your WordPress forms directly to your HubSpot CRM. Every submission creates a new contact or updates an existing one, so there’s no exporting, no copy-pasting, and no gaps in your data.

Once your leads are in HubSpot, your marketing and sales teams can organize them, track how they engage with your site, and follow up with segmented lists, personalized content, and automated email sequences.

Key features of the HubSpot integration

  • Automatic contact syncing – Create new contacts or update existing records in HubSpot every time a form is submitted.
  • Flexible field mapping – Send form data to the right HubSpot contact fields, including additional properties beyond the basics.
  • Pipeline control – Set the lead status and lifecycle stage for new contacts as they arrive.
  • Contact owner assignment – Assign new contacts to a specific team member, or route them based on conditions you set.
  • Conditional logic support – Send entries to HubSpot only when they meet your criteria, so your CRM stays focused on qualified leads.

For more information about setting up HubSpot, be sure to check out the Gravity Forms documentation.

Note: The HubSpot integration is available with all Gravity Forms licenses. Visit our pricing page for more information on the features and other add-ons available on each plan.

HubSpot 3.0.5 changelog

  • Fixed an issue where accounts with over 20 marketing forms were unable to retrieve the complete list of forms.

If you are a Gravity Forms license holder, HubSpot 3.0.5 can be updated in your WordPress dashboard, or downloaded manually from your Gravity account.

Note: After updating, clear your site’s cache to ensure you’re running the latest version. We also recommend excluding pages that include Gravity Forms from caching and script optimization, as cached form pages can interfere with dynamic population, field validation, the honeypot, and add-ons that rely on time-sensitive tokens.

Read our FAQ on Cache and Script Optimizer Issues for details and exclusion steps by host/plugin.
