Stripe Add-On 5.1

We are pleased to announce the release of Stripe 5.1. This update sees a number of additions and fixes, including support for our brand new Conversational Forms Add-On.

  • Updated the verbiage and look of the validation message that appears when SCA modal is triggered.
  • Fixed an issue where the Credit Card field is not initialized on multi page forms when running in Conversational Forms mode.

What’s New for Our Stripe Add-On?

The recent release of Stripe Add-On 5.0 saw support for Payment Element, as well as Stripe Link. Stripe reports that businesses using Payment Element have seen a 10.5% average increase in sales.

The new features you’ll find with Stripe Add-On 5.0 include…

  • 20+ Payment Methods with Payment Element – Whether you want to accept card payments, payments using Wallets (e.g. Apple Pay, Google Pay), or take payments using other options – like ACH Debit and iDeal – Stripe’s Payment Element has you covered.
  • Autofill Payment Details with Link – Link is Stripe’s accelerated checkout. If customers choose to opt in, Link saves and autofills their payment and shipping details across hundreds of thousands of sites, streamlining their checkout experience.

Additionally, as a Stripe customer, you get access to the Stripe App Marketplace, and can install the Gravity Forms Stripe App in your Stripe dashboard.

The Gravity Forms Stripe App enables you to view all your Gravity Forms entries within your Stripe dashboard, as well as add notes. This will not only add context to your Stripe transactions, but it will also give you fuller insight into your customers and business.

For more information on our Stripe Add-On and it’s extensive list of features, check out the Stripe documentation.

Note: The Stripe Add-On is available with both the Gravity Forms Pro and Elite licenses. For more information on the features and other add-ons available on these plans, check out our Pro and Elite license pages.
