We are excited to announce that the release of Gravity Forms 2.7 is just around the corner! Our Product team has been working hard to bring new and exciting features to the plugin, and we are expecting to launch the initial beta of 2.7 within the month.

Gravity Forms 2.7 focuses on streamlining processes for both new and existing customers – from the installation of Gravity Forms, to the creation and styling of forms.

Form Templates at Your Fingertips

A much anticipated feature, 2.7 brings a new built-in form template library to Gravity Forms. Our premade, fully-customizable form templates will help you get started in minutes, or can be used as a jumping off point for more complex form builds.

Within the form template library, you’ll be able to choose from a selection of quick-start templates, including basic contact or newsletter signup forms, helping you to get your forms up and running on your site fast. Or opt for any of the more advanced templates that utilize our extensive collection of add-ons – such as user registration, payment, or donation forms – to cater to all your business needs.

Form Styling Made Easy

Styling your forms is just about to get a whole lot easier with a new form theme framework and block styling options.

Our Product team has built a highly extensible front-end theme framework that will provide the foundation for block styling and beyond. 2.7 will ship with this theme framework and a new front-end form theme – named Orbital – which paves the way for simpler customization of form appearance and ensures Gravity Forms is all systems go for the future of WordPress.

New block styling options will enable you to tweak the color scheme of your form, alter the size of inputs, modify button styles, and much more, all from within the block editor and no CSS needed!

A Reimagined Setup Process

The Setup Wizard has been redesigned from the ground up to ensure a user-friendly experience that will quickly onboard new customers. And if you’re a seasoned customer in a hurry, we’ll know you’ll appreciate the faster setup times!
