Step navigator: Move between steps with ease

Every step settings page now includes a step navigator, giving you the ability to jump directly to any step in your workflow. No more juggling multiple tabs just to review or tweak settings.

This small but powerful addition helps you stay focused and saves time while fine-tuning even the most complex workflows. Now it’s even easier to:

• Switch between steps instantly.
• Always get prompted to save changes before leaving a page.
• Keep your workflow editing process organized and efficient.

Bulk controls for step management

The workflow steps settings tab now supports the same bulk action controls you already know from Gravity Forms admin pages. When designing or editing a workflow, you can select multiple steps and apply actions in one go.

With bulk controls, you can:

• Activate or deactivate multiple steps at once.
• Duplicate steps with all settings intact.
• Remove outdated steps in batches.
• Experiment with different workflow structures quickly.

These updates streamline workflow management at scale, making it easier to design new processes and keep existing ones running smoothly.

Update to Gravity Flow 3.0!

Gravity Flow 3.0 is now available to all customers with an active license!

If you don’t have automatic updates enabled, simply open your WordPress dashboard, head over to your plugins page, and click to Update to Gravity Flow 3.0.

Gravity Flow 3.0 can also be downloaded from within your Gravity Flow dashboard.
