We are pleased to announce the release of Gravity Flow WooCommerce Extension 1.7.2. This version contains an update including…
- Updated the Order ID field so that it is not allowed to be added to a repeater.
Put your store’s back office on autopilot with Gravity Flow
Plenty of orders need a person to step in before they’re truly finished – a project to deliver, a payment to approve, a refund to sign off. Gravity Flow moves each entry through the approvals, tasks, and notifications your process calls for, without anyone forwarding emails or updating spreadsheets by hand.
Because every action is logged, you end up with a complete audit trail for each order – handy when a customer asks what happened and when.

WooCommerce workflows for WordPress
The Gravity Flow WooCommerce Extension connects your WooCommerce store to Gravity Flow. Every new order creates a Gravity Forms entry, which starts a workflow automatically. You can then collect payments, capture or cancel pre-authorized payments, and process refunds as steps in that workflow.
That makes it a good fit for stores where orders need follow-up before they’re complete – such as services that are delivered over time, projects that need sign-off before payment is captured, or refunds that need a manager’s approval.
Key features include:
- Deferred payments – let customers pay at a later stage in the workflow with the Payment step and the extension’s payment gateway.
- Delayed capture – authorize a payment at checkout and capture it only once the work is done.
- Cancel payment step – cancel a pre-authorized payment when an order doesn’t go ahead.
- Refund approvals – let a store manager approve a refund from a one-click email link, without logging into WordPress or the payment gateway.
- Checkout step – move an order through checkout partway through a workflow.
