We are pleased to announce the release of Gravity Flow Checklists Extension 1.8.2. This version contains several updates including…
- Updated the add-on to use the new Block v3 API and resolved broken Checklist Block display on post.php.
- Fixed the complete message appearing on incomplete non-sequential checklists.
Turn complex, multi-form processes into simple checklists
The Gravity Flow Checklists Extension is ideal for situations where multiple forms must be completed as part of a larger process – such as onboarding, compliance training, or annual program renewals. Administrators can create checklists that guide users step-by-step, making it clear what’s completed and what’s pending.
Key features include:
- Progress tracking – completed checklists display a checkmark, while incomplete ones show an empty checkbox.
- Clickable detail pages – completed forms link to the workflow entry, pending forms link directly to the form.
- Sequential completion – grey out forms until previous ones are completed when sequential order is required.
- Workflow visibility – display “(Processing)” next to forms with in-progress workflows.
- User exemptions – administrators can exempt users from selected forms via a simple checkbox.
- Individual workflows per form – each checklist item can run its own Gravity Flow workflow steps.
You can find out more about this Gravity Flow extension in the Checklists Extension documentation.

Note: The Gravity Flow Checklists Extension is included on the Gravity Flow Ultimate license and can also be purchased individually.
