Brand New Release-Mailchimp Add-On 5.4

Gravity Forms is pleased to announce the release of the Mailchimp Add-On version 5.4. This release contains the following fixes…

  • Fixed an issue where the status of an existing subscribed list/audience member changes to pending when double opt-in is enabled on the feed.
  • Reminder: The gform_mailchimp_args_pre_subscribe filter is deprecated and will be removed in a future version. Please use the gform_mailchimp_subscription filter instead.

Grow Your Email List With Mailchimp

If you want to grow your email list, the Mailchimp email marketing platform is a popular option. Thanks to the free plan, you can get started by creating your list right away.

You can use the Gravity Forms Newsletter Sign Up template to quickly add opt-in forms to your WordPress website.

Then, once you’ve set up the Mailchimp Add-On, any visitors to your site who choose to subscribe to your email list via your forms will be added to your Mailchimp account.

You can also use the Gravity Forms conditional logic functionality to control exactly which form users get added to your email list and which don’t. Adding custom fields to your sign up forms also lets you send additional information to Mailchimp along with the user’s name and email address.

Once a visitor has joined your email list, you can keep in touch with them using Mailchimp’s email marketing features.

You can find out more about the Mailchimp Add-On in the Gravity Forms documentation.
