Grow Your Email List with Mailchimp

Mailchimp is a great choice for starting and managing your email list, and if you want to implement an easy way for website visitors to join your list, then Gravity Forms is an excellent solution.

Once you’ve signed up for one of the free or paid Mailchimp plans, you can use the Gravity Forms Mailchimp Add-On to connect your forms to your Mailchimp account, and send form entries to your email list.

Once synced, you can start using your contact forms, surveys, and other types of forms to generate leads for your business. You can also use Gravity Forms conditional logic to control which form users get added to Mailchimp as well as custom fields to send additional information to Mailchimp.

You can then use the email marketing features of Mailchimp to forge ongoing and stronger relationships with the visitors to your site, including your fans, followers, and customers.

Integrate Gravity Forms Seamlessly with Mailchimp

When it comes to integrating your forms with Mailchimp, the Gravity Forms Add-On makes the entire process very straightforward thanks to some key features…

  • Segment Your Mailing List – Use segmentation in Mailchimp to send personalized email campaigns to your subscribers based on form submission data — all managed via the controls in your WordPress dashboard.
  • Custom Fields – Add customer fields to your forms and then map them to custom fields in Mailchimp so that you can transfer data submitted by users and use it in the way that you want.
  • Double Opt-In – Ensure only engaged and legitimate subscribers are added to your lists in Mailchimp by automatically sending double opt-in messages.
  • GDPR Compliance – Ensure your forms are GDPR compliant by using Gravity Forms conditional logic and the Consent field.
  • Conditional Logic – Use conditional logic to control whether users are added to your Mailchimp lists based on your own custom criteria and the data they submit.
