Brand New Release: Constant Contact 1.8.1

Brand new release Constant Contact 1.8.1

We are pleased to announce that we’ve updated the Gravity Forms Constant Contact integration. With Constant Contact v1.8.1 you’ll find the following…

  • Added support for mapping Checkboxes, Drop Down, Radio Buttons, and Multi Select fields.
  • Added the gform_constantcontact_subscriber_details filter.

More field types, more complete contact profiles

Field mapping in Constant Contact just got more flexible. Now you can map Checkboxes, Drop Down, Radio Buttons, and Multi Select fields right alongside your text-based fields, so the selections a subscriber makes on your form carry over into their Constant Contact contact record.

That means richer, more accurate profiles for segmentation – someone who checks a box for “interested in webinars” or picks a region from a drop down can now be grouped and targeted accordingly, without any manual cleanup on the Constant Contact side.

Developers also get a new hook in this release: the gform_constantcontact_subscriber_details filter lets you modify the subscriber data sent before it’s submitted to Constant Contact.

Email marketing made easy with Constant Contact

The Gravity Forms Constant Contact integration makes managing your contacts even easier. As soon as a user submits a form on your site, their information is automatically sent to your Constant Contact account.

And because field mapping now covers checkboxes, drop downs, radio buttons, and multi select fields in addition to standard text fields, you can pass along far more of what a subscriber tells you on your form, giving you the detail you need to run targeted, personalized campaigns.

No manual exports. No delays. Just a seamless connection between form submissions and your email marketing efforts. It’s a simple yet powerful way to keep your contact lists up to date and ensure every lead counts.

Key features of this add-on include:

  • Segment your mailing list – Select specific Constant Contact lists you want to populate with form entries, and segment your contacts to send personalized email campaigns based on form submission data.
  • Custom fields – Map any form field to custom fields in Constant Contact to easily transfer the data you need.
  • Easy GDPR compliance – Thanks to the powerful conditional logic of Gravity Forms and the built-in Consent field, it only takes a few clicks to make your mailing list subscription forms GDPR compliant.
