About the Gravity Forms Chained Selects Add-On

If you need form fields that update their available options based on earlier selections, the Gravity Forms Chained Selects Add-On makes it easy.

Chained selects create a guided, step-by-step experience for users by dynamically narrowing choices as they move through a form.

For example, a user might first select a manufacturer from a drop-down field. Based on that choice, the next field only displays models from that manufacturer. Choosing Apple shows iPhone models, while selecting Samsung reveals only Samsung devices.

Chained selects are also ideal for location-based forms. When a user selects a state, the next field automatically limits city options to that state, keeping selections accurate and relevant.

To speed up setup, you can import a CSV file containing all available options when creating chained select fields, saving time and eliminating the need for manual entry.
