Gravity Forms 2.9.19 - Testimonial Form

We’ve added a brand new Testimonial Form template to the Gravity Forms template library. This template helps you quickly collect and display feedback from customers, clients, or community members.

The Testimonial Form includes fields for name, contact details, and testimonial content, giving you everything you need to start gathering powerful social proof. Use it to showcase customer success stories, highlight positive experiences, and build trust with new audiences.

This template provides a professional foundation you can customize for your brand and website style.

Tip: Pair this template with the Advanced Post Creation Add-On to publish testimonials on your WordPress website. The Advanced Post Creation Add-On is available with the Elite and Nonprofit licenses.

Collect signatures with confidence

Gravity Forms 2.9.18 - Consent Form

Also new with the release of 2.9.19 is the addition of the Signature Consent Form template to the template library. This template makes it quick and easy to collect signed approvals and consent directly through your WordPress website.

The Signature Consent Form includes essential fields, such as a digital signature field, so your form is ready to use right away. Use it for agreements, policy acknowledgments, parental consent, or any process that requires a formal signature.

This template gives you a professional starting point that you can adapt to your exact needs.

Note: The digital signature field is powered by the Gravity Forms Signature Add-On, which is included with the Elite and Nonprofit licenses.
