Video Tutorial
Opening a Support Ticket
If you are running into issues with your Gravity Forms installation, our Support Team is here to help.
In parts one and two of this video series, we took a look at how to manually test for theme and plugin conflicts, as well as how to do so using the Health Check and Troubleshooting plugin.
If you haven’t seen those videos, please watch them first before continuing with this one.
Links to both can be found in the video summary.
If you’ve followed all the steps in the first two videos and are still encountering issues, you may need to submit a support ticket.
To open a ticket, head to the Gravity Forms website and log in to your account.
Then, under the ‘Help’ section of the top banner, select ‘Contact Our Support Team’.
You’ll be presented with three different options, Technical Support, Help With Purchasing, Licenses, or your Account, and General Questions.
For this example, I am going to select Technical Support.
You will then want to select the product with which you need support – I’ll choose Gravity Forms.
Next, select the appropriate topic to which you need help, and answer any follow-up questions that appear.
You can also check out our docs site and community forum for further information regarding your issue.
If you can’t find an answer within these resources, you can select ‘I still need help’ to continue opening a support ticket.
Follow all instructions on screen and fill out all required form fields.
Please be as specific as possible when describing your question or issue detail, as doing so will better help our Support Team understand and resolve your issue.
If you’re asked to submit a System Report with logging enabled, you can do so by heading to your WordPress admin dashboard and navigating to the Gravity Forms Settings page.
From there, enable logging and save your settings.
Then, with logging enabled, recreate the steps that caused your issue.
You’ll next want to head to the System Status page, copy the System Report, and paste it into the System Report ticket field.
After you’ve filled everything out, select ‘Submit’ to open your ticket.
Our Support Team will then review your issue, and get in touch with you as soon as possible regarding the next steps you should take.
The Gravity Support Team is here to help you with any issues you may be experiencing.
We hope this series of videos has helped.
