Workflow Step Runner sends selected Gravity Forms entries through a Gravity Flow step in one action. Before dispatch it captures each entry’s workflow state (current step, per-step statuses, assignees and final status). After the step completes, entries can be restored to that exact state, sent to a different step, continue default routing, or be finalized as complete, rejected or cancelled.
Run it from a central dashboard or from a tab under each form’s settings. Select entries from a table with preview columns or paste entry IDs. Spurious workflow-complete notifications are suppressed, and a timeline note is written for every dispatch, restore and finalization.
