Turn Gravity Forms products into a beautiful order table

Product Table for Gravity Forms

Product Table transforms Gravity Forms product fields into a clean, visual order table with images, descriptions, and interactive quantity controls.

Gravity Forms already handles products, payments, and order management. Product Table adds the visual layer—customers see exactly what they’re ordering, subtotals update as they shop, and the experience feels modern and intuitive. Behind the scenes, everything flows through Gravity Forms exactly as it should.

Features

Product Images & Descriptions: Add photos and details to each product directly in the form editor.

Quantity Controls: Plus/minus buttons for easy quantity selection. Subtotals update instantly.

Live Total Calculation: Running total updates as customers shop. Syncs with Gravity Forms native Total field.

Product Options: Dropdown products (sizes, colors) display options in an inline selector.

Table Groups: Organize products into separate tables with headings.

Mobile Responsive: Table converts to card layout on smaller screens.

Works With Existing Payments: Compatible with Stripe, PayPal, Square, Authorize.net, and all Gravity Forms payment add-ons.

Customizable Styling: Adjust colors, button roundness, image sizes, and mobile breakpoints from the settings page.

Quote Mode: A single switch hides the Price column, Subtotal column, Products Total, and the pricing summary in notification emails, turning an order form into a quote request form.

Quantity Rules: Set minimum and maximum quantities per product. The plus and minus buttons respect the limits, and the rules are enforced on submit.

Require At Least One Item: Prevents empty order submissions.

Conditional Logic: Table rows follow Gravity Forms conditional logic. A product hidden by conditional logic has its row hidden and excluded from the total, and it returns when the field becomes visible again.

Use Cases

Product Table works for any order form: restaurants and caterers, apparel and merchandise sellers, event tickets and registrations, fundraisers, service add-ons, digital products, wholesale and B2B orders, and custom or made-to-order products.
