pCloud for Gravity Forms

A third-party plugin by Gravity Hive

Send form uploads and entry data straight to a pCloud folder.

pCloud for Gravity Forms sends each submission to a pCloud folder you choose.

– Uploads files from single and multi-file File Upload fields.
– Saves the entry itself next to the files as a CSV file (labels and one row of values), a JSON file and/or a readable HTML summary.
– Optional per-entry subfolders built from merge tags, for example {date_created:format:Y-m}/{entry_id} {Name (Last):1.6}.
– Folder browser in the feed editor to pick or create the destination folder, plus conditional logic and multiple feeds per form.
– Connects with your own pCloud app (Client ID and Client Secret, stored encrypted). US and EU pCloud accounts are supported and the right data center is used automatically.
– Uploads run in the background with automatic retries for temporary pCloud or network errors. If the connection is revoked, uploads pause and can be sent after reconnecting.
– Entry notes for every file, a pCloud box on the entry screen, Resend to pCloud (single and bulk), failure alert emails and an activity log.
– A ‘pCloud upload completed’ notification event and the {pcloud:file_paths} and {pcloud:folder_path} merge tags.

Requires Gravity Forms 2.5 or later (tested with 2.8), WordPress 5.8 or later and PHP 7.4 or later.
