Netsuite for Gravity Forms

Netsuite Add-on for Gravity Forms automatically sends form entries directly into Netsuite. This gives you the ability to create or update Customer in Netsuite from Gravity Forms entry.

Connect Netsuite

Connect Gravity forms to Netsuite by Netsuite Key and secret token. Add-on supports multiple Netsuite accounts too.

Netsuite feeds

Create a feed for sending gravity forms data to Netsuite Select any object(Customer, Case, Task etc) in feed then map gravity forms form fields to Netsuite object fields.

Netsuite Objects

Add-on allows you to create multiple Netsuite objects from one Gravity forms entry. You can create Customer, Case, Task, Contact, Company and associate Customer to Case.

Manually send entries to Netsuite

Addon automatically send gravity forms submissions to Netsuite when a user submits a form. Also, you can manually send gravity forms submissions to Netsuite.

Filter Gravity Forms entries

Either send all contact form submissions to Netsuite or send specific submissions based on user input. For example , only send those form entries to CRM which contain work email.

View a detailed log of each gravity forms entry Whether sent or not sent to Netsuite , You can easily resend any entry to Netsuite by clicking “send to Netsuite” button.

Full Synchronization

All Gravity entries are fully synchronized with Netsuite leads. If you update/delete/restore an entry that entry will be updated/deleted/restored in the Netsuite.

Error Reporting

If there is an error while sending data to Netsuite an email containing the error details will be sent to the specified email.
