Multi Path Step adds a Multi-Path Decision step type to Gravity Flow. Configure between 2 and 20 decision paths per step, each with its own button label, status key and next-step destination, so approvals, rejections, escalations and re-routes follow separate paths without chained approval steps.
Assignees, instructions, notifications and reporting work like any other Gravity Flow step. Each path appears as a quick action in the Gravity Flow inbox, an optional confirmation prompt guards high-stakes paths, workflow notes can be hidden, optional or required, and a REST endpoint accepts decisions from external systems.
