Search for Gravity Forms finds entries across one form, several forms or every form on the site and displays them on pages, posts, GravityViews, confirmations, notifications and PDFs. Results are filtered with equals, contains, like, in/not in, greater-than and less-than operators, then sorted, limited and de-duplicated through shortcode attributes.
Output is shaped with a display template that accepts HTML, classes, links and field placeholders, and shortcodes can be nested for layered lookups. No PHP is needed. Premium adds a visual shortcode builder with live preview, test runs and a saved-shortcodes library.
