SubscriptionFlow for Gravity Forms connects your forms to SubscriptionFlow, the subscription management and recurring billing platform. When a form is submitted, the add-on finds or creates the customer in SubscriptionFlow (matched by email) and creates their subscription on the plan you choose.
Features
Customer sync: matches customers by email, updates returning customers instead of creating duplicates, and can enable customer portal access.
Field mapping: map name, email, phone, company, each billing and shipping address line, and custom SubscriptionFlow customer and subscription fields.
Product and plan picker: choose products and plans from drop downs loaded from your SubscriptionFlow account. The term fills in from the plan.
Plans mapped to form choices: map radio button, drop down or checkbox options, such as 1 year and 2 years, to any product and plan with “Add plan”.
First payment in the form: when Stripe, PayPal or another Gravity Forms payment add-on takes the first payment, the add-on records it against the first invoice in SubscriptionFlow, which then charges the renewals.
Also included: conditional logic, entry notes with the subscription ID, background processing and Gravity Forms logging.
Requirements
Gravity Forms 2.5 or later and a SubscriptionFlow account with API credentials (Instance URL, Client ID and Client Secret).
