Ask a question such as “Who is requesting a refund?” and review relevant submissions with answer-focused snippets, highlighted passages, and links back to the original entries.

Gravity Forms search is ideal when you know an exact word or value. AskEntries complements it when people describe the same need differently-for example, “reverse the payment,” “return my money,” or “I need reimbursement.” Semantic ranking helps bring related submissions together.

Turn relevant results into action
Select individual entries, the current results page, or all qualifying results. Open the floating actions panel to add notes, send personalized emails, mark entries read or unread, and star or unstar entries.
Email supports Gravity Forms merge tags and shortcuts such as {name:first} and {email}. Choose a recipient Email field, review recipient counts and masked addresses, and confirm before sending through your site’s configured WordPress mail service. Batch progress and partial-failure summaries help you track the outcome.
Explore an entry without losing your place
Open a readable entry panel beside your results, ask questions about that submission, and return to the original Gravity Forms entry when needed. Entry-specific conversations are temporary and cleared when the panel closes.
Save and edit reusable questions for each user and form. Device-local history restores cached results, remembers your last viewed results page, and lets you remove individual history items.
Browser-side AI, familiar administration
Built with the Gravity Forms Add-On Framework, AskEntries works directly on form Entries and Entry Detail screens. Semantic analysis and answer extraction run inside the authenticated administrator’s browser. Entry text is not sent to an external LLM API, and no third-party AI API key is required.
Entry access and bulk actions respect Gravity Forms capabilities. Browser safeguards limit each query to the newest 1,000 matching entries and up to 6,000 passages. Relevance scores help prioritize review; supporting passages let administrators verify the answers.
