WPsigner connects Gravity Forms to a self-hosted e-signature workflow on WordPress. When a form is submitted, a feed can create a document from a template, map name and email to signers, pass other fields into merge tags, and optionally send the signing request right away.
Signed PDFs stay on the WordPress site and can be linked back to the Gravity Forms entry. You can use confirmation messages and notifications to share the signing link. Conditional logic is supported so only matching submissions start a document.
Requires Gravity Forms and WPsigner Pro. Setup: WPsigner → Integrations → Gravity Forms → New Feed.
