Perfect for donations, payments, and online orders, it keeps your margins intact while staying transparent with your customers. By default the customer sees a checkbox and chooses to cover the fee, which works particularly well for nonprofits and donation forms. You can also set the fee to be mandatory, so it applies to every submission, or show a full breakdown of subtotal, processing fee and total due.
Fee Recovery adds the fee as a line item to the Gravity Forms order total rather than connecting to a specific gateway, so it works with any Gravity Forms payment add-on. The running total on the form updates live, which means the amount your customer sees is the amount they are charged.
