Beehiiv for Gravity Forms

A third-party plugin by Odd Jar
Beehiiv for Gravity Forms

Beehiiv for Gravity Forms sends form submissions directly to your Beehiiv publication through the Beehiiv API — no third-party automation service in between. Add a Beehiiv feed to any form, and new submissions become subscribers, complete with custom fields and UTM attribution.

Send submissions to Beehiiv

  • Connect once with your Beehiiv API key; the publication picker loads your publications straight from your account.
  • Add one or more feeds per form — each feed can target a different publication, so one site can serve several newsletters.
  • Conditional logic per feed processes a subscription only when the entry meets your criteria.
  • Feeds run asynchronously, so submitting the form stays fast for the visitor, and feeds can be duplicated to speed up configuration.

Map and enrich subscriber data

  • Map any email field as the subscriber address.
  • Map form fields to your publication’s Beehiiv custom fields — the available fields are fetched per publication.
  • Control double opt-in per feed: follow the publication default, or force it on or off.
  • Optionally send Beehiiv’s welcome email to new subscribers, and reactivate contacts who previously unsubscribed.

Track where subscribers come from

  • Set utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, and referring site on every subscriber, with sensible defaults (source “gravity_forms”, campaign = the form title).
  • All UTM values accept Gravity Forms merge tags for dynamic, per-entry attribution.

Built to fit Gravity Forms

  • A native Gravity Forms feed add-on — settings live where your other feeds do, under the form’s Settings tab.
  • The Beehiiv subscription ID is stored in entry meta, and each entry gets a success or error note; an API failure never blocks the form submission itself.
  • Publication and custom-field lookups are cached, keeping the settings screens quick.
  • A license key from oddjar.com enables automatic updates via the shared Odd Jar → Licenses screen; the integration’s features themselves are not license-gated.
