This is a major update and the PayPal Payments Pro Add-On has joined the rest of our Add-Ons in being migrated over to the Gravity Forms Add-On Framework to make future updates, enhancements and customizations easier to implement. As with all WordPress updates we recommend users update as soon as possible. It is important to always keep WordPress, plugins and themes up to date as a matter of best practice.

This is a feature release that brings enhanced functionality to our Help Scout integration. You can now add a note to a newly created Help Scout conversation automatically, or add a note to an existing Help Scout conversation right from the Entry Details interface. The details of the Help Scout conversation associated with an entry are now displayed within the Entry Details interface in Gravity Forms. We have also integrated Help Scout with our PayPal Payments Standard Add-On so that creation of a Help Scout conversation can be delayed until after the PayPal payment has been confirmed via PayPal’s IPN.

Follow the steps below to view and print your purchase invoices. login to your support account and go to the customer account page. Find your license key and click on the “details” link On the key details page, click on the “view/print” link to view your invoice. If you need to edit the company name and or tax ID information, you can edit that information directly from the invoice page, just look for the edit link below the customer information. If you need to print and save your invoice as a PDF file, you can simply save the form to PDF directly from your browser’s printer dialog

This is a major maintenance release and includes updates to the initial setup process and Dropbox API interaction. The Dropbox Add-On now requires SSL to be installed on your web site in order to interact with the Dropbox API. If you do not have an SSL certificate installed we recommend getting in touch with your web host. SSL is fast becoming a best practice no matter the type of web site and there are now free solutions that make them even more accessible.

It has been updated to take advantage of the Gravity Forms Add-On Framework. New features will be built on top of this new foundation. We highly recommend developers who have customized the behavior of the User Registration Add-On to suit their needs, or have implemented custom integrations should begin testing with this new version as soon as possible.
