By Carl HancockGravity Forms Partial Entries Add-On v1.0 Beta 1 is now available. Collect data as it is entered on your forms. Don’t want to miss out on any possible leads? Now you don’t have to. This has been a highly requested feature that allows you to capture data and create a form entry as a form is filled out. With Partial Entries you have control over when a partial entry is created. You can utilize conditional logic so that a partial entry is only created when specific fields are filled out, when only required fields are filled out, or when a predefined percentage of the form has been filled out. You can fine tune the conditional logic to suit your needs. This is a feature aimed at power users and we highly recommend being very selective with when and how you use partial entry capture. We do not recommend using it on every single form.

This is a major update and the PayPal Payments Pro Add-On has joined the rest of our Add-Ons in being migrated over to the Gravity Forms Add-On Framework to make future updates, enhancements and customizations easier to implement. As with all WordPress updates we recommend users update as soon as possible. It is important to always keep WordPress, plugins and themes up to date as a matter of best practice.

By Carl HancockGravity Forms Help Scout Add-On v1.3 is now available via automatic update and the Add-On Downloads page. This is a feature release that brings enhanced functionality to our Help Scout integration. You can now add a note to a newly created Help Scout conversation automatically, or add a note to an existing Help Scout conversation right from the Entry Details interface. The details of the Help Scout conversation associated with an entry are now displayed within the Entry Details interface in Gravity Forms. We have also integrated Help Scout with our PayPal Payments Standard Add-On so that creation of a Help Scout conversation can be delayed until after the PayPal payment has been confirmed via PayPal’s IPN.
