Thanks for showing an interest in contributing a case study!

Here at Gravity Forms, we are always looking to publish interesting case studies on our blog to showcase the fascinating ways people are using our plugin. Here are a couple of great examples of case studies we have recently published…

Note: These case studies are products of collaboration – you supply the info and we write it up!

Contributing a case study is a great co-marketing opportunity, as it lets you communicate the expertise of your business or agency to our blog readers and the wider Gravity Forms community.

If you think you have created a form that warrants a case study – one with a great background story (ie – solved a difficult problem) or something with lots of interesting features or integrations – please fill out the form below.

Before You Start…

  • Please don’t worry too much about full sentences – notes are fine as we will write it up into a case study – but obviously the more detail the better!
  • Please include a link to the live form (or if the form is no longer live make sure you have screenshots of it – we will ask for these at a later date).
  • Ideally, we would also like screenshots of the backend of the form (in the form editor) and any other images you think appropriate to support the case study (we will ask you to provide these at a later date).

We look forward to hearing from you!

Note: Completing this form does not guarantee that we will publish your case study.

  • Please share your experience as a developer and/or your company's background...
  • When did you start using Gravity Forms, what made you choose it, and in what capacity do you use it?
  • Why did you create the form and what problem did it solve? (Please include the URL of the form if possible).
  • Why did you use the specific features and/or add-ons, and how did they improve the form.
  • Please share top tips or best practice for anyone creating this type of form, or anything that you learned from this particular use case that you would do differently in the future.
