Brand new release: Signature Add-On 4.9
We are pleased to announce that we’ve updated the Gravity Forms Signature Add-On. With Signature Add-On v4.9, you’ll find a number of updates and fixes…
- Added support for signature fields inside repeater fields.
- Fixed an issue with the canvas when the field is displayed by the Conversational Forms Add-On.
Collect signatures with Gravity Forms
The Gravity Forms Signature Add-On makes it simple to capture legally binding signatures directly within your form submissions.
Instead of relying on paper documents or separate signing tools, you can add a signature field to any new or existing Gravity Form with just a drag and drop. Users can then sign using a touchscreen, trackpad, or mouse – no extra software or plugins required.
Ideal for contracts, consent forms, terms and conditions, or any situation where a signature is needed, this add-on streamlines the signing process and keeps everything digital, secure, and centralized in WordPress.
Key features of the Signature Add-On:
- Effortless setup – Quickly add a signature field to any form once the add-on is installed.
- Flexible input options – Collect signatures via touchscreen, trackpad, or mouse.
- Broad compatibility – Works seamlessly across all major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera, Edge) and supports desktop, iOS, and Android devices.
- Stored with entries – Signatures are saved as PNG images and viewable directly alongside form entries in the WordPress dashboard.
With the Signature Add-On, you can move away from outdated paper workflows and collect secure, digital signatures with ease.
The Signature Add-On is available on the Gravity Forms Elite and Nonprofit licenses. For more information about setting up the Signature Add-On, be sure to check out the Gravity Forms documentation.
