We take your security seriously. To ensure your data and accounts remain protected, we’ve taken steps to strengthen our security systems.

This includes a full audit and upgrade of user account protection, with enhancements to password guidelines, server access rules, and threat detection tools. These behind-the-scenes improvements are designed to provide a more secure experience while keeping the interface simple and familiar.

As part of these security enhancements, we reset all customer passwords yesterday evening, Tuesday, July 15, 2025.

What you need to do

When you next log in to your Gravity Forms account, you’ll find your password is invalid – you’ll be prompted to create a new password using the “Lost your password?” link on the login page.

If you see the error “Email could not be sent” when requesting the reset email, please open a support ticket as your email address may have been blocked by our email service.
