New Gravity Forms Account Dashboard coming soon!

With a streamlined interface, cleaner UI, and faster performance running from our new gravity.com domain, the next-generation Gravity Forms Account Dashboard is almost ready to launch!
Here are some of the improvements coming to our new dashboard when it takes off for all our Gravity Forms customers next month.
Quicker navigation
Using the feedback we received over the years from our wonderful customers, we moved the account-related items you care about most to be just a click away in the left navigation bar.
- Licenses: View current and past licenses and related subscriptions. See renewal dates, billing methods, installed sites, and more. Take action when needed with clear button callouts.
- Downloads: Gravity Forms and all your add-ons are now arranged alphabetically with visible icons, making it much easier to find the file you need.
- Help: Access the links to our documentation, community forum, and opening a technical ticket in one central location.
- Profile: Update your display name, organization, email address, and password quickly and easily.
Enhanced search capabilities
The new Gravity account site makes it easier than ever to find the information you need, with targeted search bars in most areas, saving you time and reducing scrolling-finger strain.
On the Licenses screen, you can search by license key, subscription number, or license type. For our developer and agency customers who manage multiple licenses, this will make finding the right one a breeze!
On the Downloads screen, you can “skip the scroll” and instead search through our entire library of Gravity Forms Add-Ons by name, with the list refreshing as you type.
Finally, the Help panel allows you to initiate a search of our documentation right from your account page. You’ll be transferred to our documentation site to view the search results and the article you select, or you can leap straight to our other support mechanisms.
Action modals
We’ve implemented action modals (or popups) across many of the dashboard areas where you may need to input data. This makes your actions quicker (by reducing page loads), and keeps you engaged in your active session.
Coming in October for ALL Gravity Forms customers!
There are a few preflight checks, bug hunts, and mission control updates still required, but with predicted smooth weather, we expect the new Gravity Forms Account Dashboard to be in the capable hands of all our customers in mid-October.
You do not need to do anything. Our existing gravityforms.com URLs will redirect, and all customer data will be preserved as it is now.
On launch day, all our online documentation will be updated to reflect the new dashboard. So if you can’t find what you are looking for, our user guides can help. If you are still experiencing some zero gravity vertigo after that, our Customer Support team is there to help.
Although we are starting with just our Gravity Forms accounts, in the future Gravity.com will become the home of all our customer account management functions across all our product suites. We will release more information regarding those transitions as we move forward.
