Brand new release Mailchimp 5.7

We are pleased to announce that we’ve updated the Gravity Forms Mailchimp Add-On. With Mailchimp v5.7 you’ll find a number of updates…

  • Updated the API to return WP_Error instead of throwing an exception when an error occurs.
  • Deprecated GF_MailChimp_Exception.

Create smarter campaigns with Mailchimp and Gravity Forms

The Gravity Forms Mailchimp Add-On makes it easy to grow your email list by automatically sending form submissions to your Mailchimp account.

Whether you’re building a basic opt-in form or managing segmented marketing campaigns, this integration streamlines the process of syncing subscriber data with Mailchimp.

Once connected, form entries can trigger new subscriptions, add users to specific groups, and even assign Mailchimp tags for better segmentation and targeting.

Key Mailchimp Add-On features

  • Easy sync – Connect any form to Mailchimp to automatically add subscribers.
  • Custom field mapping – Collect more than just names and emails by creating and mapping additional custom fields.
  • Tag subscribers – Use the Tags setting to organize subscribers right from form submissions.
  • Conditional logic support – Send entries to Mailchimp only when certain conditions are met.

For more information about setting up the Mailchimp Add-On, be sure to check out the Gravity Forms documentation.

Mailchimp Add-On 5.7 changelog

  • Updated the API to return WP_Error instead of throwing an exception when an error occurs.
  • Deprecated GF_MailChimp_Exception.
  • AF: Updated process_feed() return value for compatibility with Gravity Forms 2.9.4, so the framework can save the feed status to the entry meta.

If you are a Gravity Forms license holder, the Mailchimp Add-On v5.7 can be updated in your WordPress dashboard, or downloaded manually from your account downloads page.
