All Features:
- Allow admin to create multiple feeds per form for generating vCard upon form submission
- Allow admin to select mapping fields of Gravityforms with vCard in the feed setting page
- Allow admin to use Merge tag in the Notification email to attach the generated vCard files to email’s notification.
- Allow admin to enable/disable the ability to attach the generated vCard file into the email’s notification.
